Common issues

My file won't import

AudioTrim supports MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, and MP4 video. Make sure the file isn't DRM-protected. Try importing through the iOS file picker from Files or iCloud Drive.

No silence was detected

Lower the silence threshold or reduce the minimum silence duration in trim settings. Very quiet background noise can prevent detection — try a more aggressive threshold.

I hit the free tier limit

Free users can trim files up to 1 minute long with 5 minutes of total trimming per day. Upgrade to AudioTrim Pro for unlimited length and daily usage, or wait until local midnight for the daily counter to reset.

How do I restore AudioTrim Pro?

Open AudioTrim → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Billing is managed by Apple, not directly by us.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AudioTrim Pro → Cancel. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies.
